Fred is local productivity software for people who don't code: a wizard installer, a visual
dashboard, and sixteen specialist agents under one coordinator — marketing creative, web
pages and landing pages, email and inbox management, research and reports, social media,
customer relationships, bookkeeping and invoices, security and approvals, and code and
automation. Scheduled workflow presets (Morning Briefing, Security Scan, Code Review,
AI Newsletter, Workspace Backup, Research Task) run unattended and report back. You drive
Fred from the dashboard or by text over WhatsApp/Telegram: if you can send a text, you can
use Fred.

How Fred differs from cloud AI chatbots: chatbots are a conversation on someone else's
server for $20–29 per month, forever. Fred is a one-time $99 purchase that installs on your
hardware — a real dashboard with per-agent permission controls, real-time cost tracking,
multi-channel messaging, installable skills (ClawHub catalog), and an Image Generator and
Codex coding agent. No vendor lock-in; works with Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, AWS Bedrock,
DeepSeek, Groq, and local models via Ollama.

System requirements: Ubuntu-class Linux (x64) with systemd · 1.9 GB download, ~15 GB free

Licensing: $99 one-time, perpetual personal licence including use in running your own
